AI assistant
Ask your books, in your words
A chat window inside the app that answers questions about your business from live figures — dues, sales, stock, profit — in English or Tamil. And when the answer calls for action, it drafts the message and waits for your yes. That waiting is the whole design.

How it works
Ask. It answers or asks. It acts on yes.
You ask in words
Type the way you talk — short names, half sentences, Tamil or English. There is nothing to learn and no screen to open first; the chat lives inside the app beside your registers.
It answers, or asks back
Totals and lists come straight from live books. Anything unclear becomes a numbered choice — "remind whom? 1. BSV Traders 2. BSV Retail" — and "the second one" counts as your answer.
It acts only on yes
A send is drafted first, with the exact message and number shown. Your yes sends it through the approved channel; anything else is read as a fresh question. Dues are re-checked at send time, so paid bills are never chased.
What it does
Answers first. Acts only on your word.
- Answers from live books
- Dues, sales, purchases, stock, profit, expenses — as they stand right now. Not yesterday's export, not a synced copy: the assistant reads the same database the invoice screen writes to, so the figure it quotes and the figure on your register agree by construction. Short names work — "BSV" finds BSV Traders.
- GST files on demand
- "Make last month GST Excel" builds the workbook; "GST JSON" builds the portal file. B2B and B2C split as the return expects, HSN totalled — from the bills already raised, with no registers opened and no options set. What the chat builds is byte-for-byte what the Reports page builds.
- Sends on your word
- Every send is a proposal first, a send second. "Send INV-102 to BSV on WhatsApp" resolves the exact bill and the current mobile number, shows the message it will deliver, and waits. Only "yes" sends — through the same approved channel, with the same configured checks, as the document screen. Anything else you type drops the proposal and is read as a fresh question.
- Chases politely
- "Remind BSV" totals the dues; "remind INV-102" chases that one bill. The reminder names the invoice number and its own balance due, so the customer knows exactly which bill you mean. Dues are re-checked at send time: a paid bill answers "no reminder needed" instead of chasing money already received.
- Asks rather than guesses
- A name matching two customers becomes a numbered choice, not a coin toss. A question it cannot parse becomes "are you asking about this?" with its best reading attached. "Yes" confirms, "no" moves on, and a follow-up like "the second one" or a repeated name counts as the answer. Uncertainty is shown, never hidden.
- Tamil and English
- பாக்கி, விற்பனை, இருப்பு work the same as outstanding, sales and stock. Transliterated forms work too. The counter speaks whatever it speaks; the assistant keeps up in both.
- Offline, always
- Aeroplane mode changes nothing. The database is on the phone and so is the reasoning — dues, sales, stock, even the GST workbook build without a single bar of signal. The counter, the godown and the market road are exactly where the network dies, and exactly where the assistant keeps answering.
- Private by construction
- It reasons on the device, against your own database. Questions, figures, message texts and the chat history itself never travel anywhere — there is no account the chat syncs to and no server reading along. A send leaves the phone only as the WhatsApp message you approved, through your own configured setup, to the customer you named. Your books are never the price of the answers.

Everything worth asking, grouped
Copy any of these into the chat more or less as written. Short names, transliterated Tamil and half sentences all work.
What it will not do
The refusals are the feature.
An assistant that can message your customers must have lines it does not cross. These are ours, stated plainly so you never have to discover them by accident.
