Cancellation & refunds
Leaving is easy. So is asking for money back.
There is no lock-in and no cancellation ritual. If the app is not for you, the terms below say exactly where you stand — including the one case where a refund is automatic.
- Cancelling
- Do nothing. There is no cancel button to hunt for and no call to endure: when the year ends without a renewal, the subscription lapses and the company locks. Back up or export your books first — after that, leaving costs nothing and keeps nothing of yours behind.
- 7-day first-purchase refund
- Paid for the first time and the app does not fit? Full refund within 7 days of that payment, no questions beyond "where to send it". Write from the contact page with the company name and the payment reference, and the amount returns to the original payment method within 7 working days. This covers the first subscription only.
- Renewals
- Renewals are not refundable once the new year has started. The app reminds you before a renewal so it is never a surprise charge — a renewal you did not want is a renewal you can stop before it happens. If a renewal charged you by genuine mistake (a double charge, a company you had already closed), write in: mistakes are refunded, policy is not bent to cover them.
- Free trial
- Nothing paid, nothing to refund. A trial that ends without payment simply locks the company until a subscription starts. No card is taken upfront, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge to reverse.
- How to ask
- Contact page, company name, payment reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method only — UPI to the same UPI ID, card to the same card — within 7 working days of approval. GST charged on the original invoice is reversed with a credit note, which your records will show.
- Your data after leaving
- Take it with you or delete it — your choice, both honoured. Download the encrypted backup before the plan ends and the books are yours forever. Prefer a clean break? Use delete-my-account and the company, its backups and its cloud copies are removed. Either way, nothing of yours is kept to make leaving harder.
