You can create an account and start billing before choosing a paid licence. We confirm the plan and its limits with you before any payment.
What happens when I add a second business?
Each business is its own licence, with its own books, users and GSTIN. The same login can switch between them; billing is per business.
Do I pay per staff login or per device?
No. Staff and CA logins are part of the licence and are controlled by permissions you set. There is no device fee.
Are gateway or WhatsApp charges included?
No. Payment-gateway fees and WhatsApp or SMS provider charges are billed by those providers. KVN Billing does not add a markup on them.
